Upcoming Author Events, Book Carnival, Orange, September 2019

Book CarnivalBook Carnival window, an independent Orange County bookstore dedicated to mysteries and thrillers, will host the following author readings/signings through the end of September:

  • Sunday, September 8, 2 p.m.: Naomi Hirahara, Iced in Paradise
  • Wednesday, September 18, 7:30 p.m.: Nevada Barr, What Rose Forgot
  • Tuesday, September 24, 7:30 p.m.: Craig Johnson, Land of Wolves (held at Casa de Lago in Orange)
  • Wednesday, September 25, 6:30 p.m.: Paddy Hirsch, Hudson’s Kill
  • Saturday, September 28, 2 p.m.: Robert Levinson, Tap Dance (call 714-538-3210 for reservations)
  • Sunday, September 29, 3 p.m.: Ellen Byron, The Fatal Cajun Festival; Nancy Cole Silverman, The House on Hallowed Ground; Mary Anna Evans, Catacombs

The events are mostly free (unless marked otherwise), although it’d be nice if you buy the featured book. Book Carnival is located at 348 S. Tustin Street in Orange, three-ish blocks south of Chapman Avenue. Look for more information on the store’s website or Facebook page.
