29 JUNE MEETING NOTES

The entire active PFL membership (nine people) attended: Benafsha A. (two chapters from Family Jewels), Burt (chapters from Class of ’42), Chris L., Donna R., Glenda, Joanne (a short story, “Ethel the Elder”), Lance, Leighanne, and Rosie.

NEWS & NOTES

Rosie’s attendance at the Historical Novel Society conference continues to pay off: she received to agent requests for full copies of The Fabulous Mrs. Ziegfeld and one request for a partial copy. Congratulations!

Donna R. attended the Mission Viejo Library’s Local Author Showcase and Book Fair on Sunday, 25 June, which was a successful event for all involved.
