Six people attended: Benafsha A. (three chapters from Jewels of Herat), Burt (a revised first chapter of Class of ’42), Chris L., Joanne, Lance, and Rosie (a short story, “Murder on the Sands”).

NEWS & NOTES

Rosie will be speaking at the Southern California chapter of the Historical Novel Society regarding her experiences at September’s HNS UK Conference. The program will take place 12 p.m. on Sunday, 17 November, at 330 E. Cordova St. in Pasadena. Non-members are welcome to attend.
