3 JANUARY MEETING NOTES

Nine people attended our first meeting of 2013: Burt (read four revised chapters of Jocks), Casey (read a chapter from Francine Stein), Glenda, Jo (read 1.5 revised chapters from Moonspell), JoAnne, Lance, Maddie, Richard and Shari.

News & Notes

Our annual Holiday Party at Shari’s place was a great success. Many thanks to Shari for volunteering her house (and dog!) for the proceedings.

Burt recommends that if you have an affinity credit card (one linked to an organization), you should check to see if it offers discounts for copying at one of the office-supply superstores or places like FedEx Kinkos.

Reminder: our craft-related reading selection this winter is James Scott Bell’s Plot & Structure. Please read the assigned chapters and be ready to discuss the material. The schedule for the rest of the discussions is as follows:

• 28 Feb – Chp. 13-14, Appendix B (Jonathan)
