15 MAY MEETING NOTES

Nine people attended: Burt, Casey (read a chapter from The Boy Who Couldn’t Fly), Glenda, Jo (read a chapter from Moonspell), JoAnne, Lance, Maddie, Richard and potential new member David R., who discovered us at LIT UP.

News & Notes

Glenda passed out a list of Facebook book-publicity pages and their membership numbers. These pages may be useful for authors trying to market their books.

PFL’s first LIT UP salon was a great success! Many thanks to Maddie, who not only brought up the original idea but also spearheaded the event planning and publicity. The people at Kean Coffee in Tustin, our hosts for the 8 May event, were pleased with the results and want us to return.

The next LIT UP will be held at Kean Coffee on a Wednesday in late June (date TBD). Stay tuned for more details.
