4 OCTOBER MEETING NOTES

Eight people attended: Donna, Jo, Joanne, Lance (read a revised chapter from Hot Pots), Leighanne, Maddie, Rosie, and Shari.

News and Notes

Maddie will be a panelist for the 7 October Ladies of Intrigue Conference, an annual event sponsored by OC Sisters in Crime. Go to the OC Sisters in Crime website for more information and registration.

Lance will be the featured author at the OCPL Foothill Ranch Library Writers’ Retreat on Saturday, 6 October, at 10:00 a.m. Confusingly enough, the retreat will actually happen at the El Toro branch library (24672 Raymond Way, Lake Forest) due to construction at the Foothill Ranch branch.

The next LIT UP! is happening at 7:00 p.m. on 23 October at Bardot Bars & Coffee, 662 El Camino Real, Tustin. You can download posters here (1-up and 2-up). As always, be sure to check the LIT UP Facebook page for details on past authors and programs.

Take a look at your 4th paragraph about LIT UP:

The next LIT UP! is happening at 7:00 p.m. on 21 August at Bardot Bars & Coffee , 662 El Camino Real, Tustin. You can download posters here (1-up and 2-up ). As always, be sure to check the LIT UP Facebook page for details on past authors and programs.

Wouldn’t it be on October 16th —or possibly the 23rd?

    Glenda
